Greta and Svante sail across the Atlantic Ocean battling turbulent tropical storms to reach the UN climate conference in Madrid. Scientists explain why storms are becoming worse due to global warming and what other effects increased carbon emissions are having on ocean life.

Greta joins Professor John Pomeroy and his team who have been studying the Athabasca Glacier. Greta learns that rising temperatures as well as soot from forest fires have caused the glacier to melt faster than the models suggest.
