After a long and contentious election season, it's now the last chance for voters to weigh in on political races across the country. Polls close Tuesday night and the counting will begin. Lisa Desjardins reports.

The tight race for the White House is fueling a wave of election litigation by both Democrats and Republicans as they spar over the ground rules for early voting, mail-in ballots and voter eligibility.
